Submission Guidelines

What is a safe space? From the Oxford languages website via Google search, a safe space is:

noun: safe space; plural noun: safe spaces

a place or environment in which a person or category of people can feel confident that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, harassment, or any other emotional or physical harm.

Please read the submission guidelines below
before posting content:

  1. Sexually explicit/objectifying content is not accepted and will be removed.
  2. Gratuitous violence is not accepted and will be removed.
  3. Derogatory/degrading or discriminatory content/language is not accepted and will be removed (racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, religious intolerance etc.).
  4. Posts are limited to 1 image or YouTube video link (we want to keep this site performing at its fastest).
  5. Images must be your own work or from a public domain/creative commons site like Pixabay, UnSplash or Pexels. Images that violate this guideline will be removed (don’t copy paste from the internet, folks).
  6. Images must follow the specific content guidelines outlined in points 1, 2 and 3 above.
  7. Plagiarized content will be removed.
  8. Content that may be upsetting or disturbing must have a Content Warning Block place above the content at the top of the post below the title.
  1. All posts must have a title.
  2. If you want to solicit advice on your grammar and spelling, place an Allow Spelling and Grammar Advice Block below the post content, otherwise comments on spelling and grammar are disallowed.
